Samsung Support Bricked My 75" Frame TV via Forced Factory Reset! Refusing coverage!

I am a loyal Samsung customer. I own seven (7) Samsung Frame TVs and maintain an active annual Art Store subscription. My 75" Frame TV had a minor software issue where it wasn't entering Art Mode natively, though the display, inputs, and audio were working perfectly.After over an hour on the phone with Samsung Support, the technician instructed me to execute a "Factory Data Reset." Before proceeding, I explicitly asked the technician if there were any risks or if anything could break. He assured me there were no risks and that I would simply need to log back into my services.Immediately after the factory reset completed, the TV entered an endless boot loop: it turns on for 2 seconds and immediately shuts off. The reset corrupted the boot sequence and bricked the hardware.Only after bricking my TV did the technician inform me that because the unit is out of warranty, Samsung would not issue a repair or replacement. He told me I would be contacted by senior customer service representatives. Five minutes after hanging up, I received an automated text/email from a 3rd-party service center demanding $140 + $60 minimum labor just to inspect the TV that Samsung's own agent rendered inoperable.This is completely unacceptable!
