galaxy wearables wont connect w/ galaxy buds pro 4

No matter how i try the buds wont be connected or even seen on the galaxy wearables app that will allow auto switch. Id like to be able to switch from my galaxy book to my galaxy s25 and the esr buds know which one needs to be connected to hear and talk as needed. Seems like a problem for an eco system buolt for it but doesnt do it. I still need to manually connect the Bluetooth to andwer the call while im on my laptop and vice versa. Why is this a problem?
