Watch 6 classic issues

I have a watch 6 classic. And I have a samsung a16 phone.Lately my watch keeps disconnecting with my phone. And i have to go into ths galaxey wearable app and manually connect it. It only stays connected for like 10 minutes. Ive done stuff the internet says like clear cache and check battery optimization. Can i get some help please ?Thank you.
