Amazon MGM Studios has released the first trailer for ‘The Beekeeper 2,’ bringing Jason Statham back as former operative Adam Clay for another explosive action thriller. This time, Clay finds himself facing a threat from within the very organisation that made him the formidable fighter he is.

Directed by Timo Tjahjanto, the sequel sees Clay pulled back into the fight when the Beekeeper organisation goes rogue and sets its sights on controlling the government. With the group he once belonged to now posing a dangerous threat, Clay must take on his former allies in a battle that could have far-reaching consequences.

Statham reprises his role as Adam Clay, joined by returning franchise star Jeremy Irons, alongside Pom Klementieff, Jemma Redgrave, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Adam Copeland and Bobby Naderi. Yara Shahidi also joins the cast, rounding out an ensemble ready for another round of high-stakes action.
