Phone line not working

I am in my 70s live alone and under the hospital I do not use a mobile phone and my land line is not working please get an engineer to repair it. I reported it on line and answered from Sky to ring it in. I amdesperate to get it reaired. I have been with Sky for 20+ years, HELP
