Request for X Live / Livestream API Access

Hello X Developer Platform Team,
My name is sourabh, and I am the developer of live striming application, a professional desktop application for live streaming, broadcasting, and recording.
We are currently integrating major streaming platforms directly into MCastStudio and would like to add a native X Live integration.
Our goal is to provide users with a simple workflow:
Sign in with X → authorize MCastStudio → click Go Live
Rather than requiring users to manually create a broadcast in X Media Studio, copy an RTMP/RTMPS URL and stream key, configure the destination inside the application, and then manually publish the broadcast.
We understand that approved third-party encoder applications may have access to X Live/Livestream capabilities that allow the application to authenticate a user and programmatically manage the live broadcast workflow.
