Can't pay for / renew my gold checkmark

Hello X, we have been trying to reinstate our X account gold checkmark but keep getting an issue with the payment not sure if this is a technical issue, please could you take a look into this for us? We paused the subscription at the start of the year as we put the business on hold and now we are starting to work on it again and tried to renew the business account but are unable to do so, we are still an active and registered business however keep getting this error …
