Problems between X and Grok Bot

Grok Bot X connector. I’m not calling the API myself.
What is the issue?
I’m signed into the X console as CryptoTsunami with 25 dollars in credits. The same account is connected in Grok Bot. Every request is blocked. The console already has me logged in. There is no extra register step I can find.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Sign into the X console as CryptoTsunami and add credits.
Connect that same X account in Grok Bot.
Call GET /2/users/me.
What is the error message?
403 Client Forbidden. Reasons: user-not-enrolled and client-not-enrolled. It says the request is billed to the authenticated user and to enroll at the Developer Console.
When did it start?
Today, Aug 28, 2026, around 10:25am ET, on the first request after connecting.
What have you tried to troubleshoot?
Logged into the X console, added credits, reconnected the X account in Grok Bot more than once. Same 403 every time.
