No phone service

Hi I was switched to VOIP yesterday and now have my phone plugged into my hub.  If I ring myself from another phone I get number not recognised.  I get a dial tone from my landline but if I call a number I get three repeated tones and no connection.  If I dial 17070 I get three tones and no readback.
