Спутник ДЗЗ. Sentinel 1A. [Редактировать]

Европейский спутник дистанционного зондирования Земли, который входит в ОГ КА по глобальному мониторингу окружающей среды и безопасности “Copernicus” (предыдущее название GMES) . Разработан “Thales Alenia Space”, которая отвечала за проектирование, разработку и интеграцию аппарата. На борту изделия “Sentinel 1” установлена РЛС с синтезированной апертурой/C-SAR (разработана компанией  “Astrium”), которая обеспечит всепогодную  поставку космических снимков. Съемка будет выполняться в С-диапазоне (длина волны 6 см). После обработки данных в некоторых режимах пространственное разрешение достигнет 1х1 м.
Космический аппарат базируется на платформе Thales Aliena Space PRIMA. Стабилизация аппарата на орбите осуществляется по трем осям с точностью 0.01º. Точность определения положения орбите 10м (по каждому направлению, 3σ). Конструкция аппарата имеет тип параллелепипеда. Центральная часть аппарата выполнена из алюминия с центральной структурой из укрепленной углеволокном пластмассы. При конструировании использовался модульный подход, который позволил производить отдельную интеграцию и тестирование полезной нагрузки, перед интеграцией с платформой аппарата. Конструктивно платформа PRIMA включает три главных модуля, которые функционально разъединены, чтобы допустить параллельную интеграцию модулей.

Модули платформы:

  • SVM (обслуживающий модуль) - несет все обслуживающие системы кроме двигательных установок.
  • PPM (двигательный модуль), несет все системы коррекции орбиты.
  • PLM (модуль полезной нагрузки), несет все оборудование полезного груза включая антенну радиолокационного наблюдения Земли.

Основные системы аппарата:

  • TCS (подсистема терморегулирования). TCS обеспечивает управление за температурными режимами работы аппарата. В целом TCS пассивен, перераспределение тепла осуществляется путем покачивания теплоносителя по трубопроводам через радиаторы и систему многослойной изоляции. Также на борту расположены нагревательные элементы.
  • EPS (подсистема энергопитания). EPS использует две солнечные батареи для производства электроэнергии. Каждая батарея состоит из 5 элементов на основе GaAs элементов. На конец срока активного существования система позволит генерировать 4.8 кВт энергии. Литиево-ионный аккумулятор имеет вместимость 324 ампер часов. PCDU (система распределения энергопитания) разработана, чтобы обеспечивать защиту электрической системы и эффективное распределение электроэнергии. 
  • AVS (авиационная подсистема). AVS выполняет функции обработки и управления положением аппарата на орбите. Конструктивно представляет собой интегрированное решение, которое выполняет контроль за платформой и полезной нагрузкой.
  • PDHT (система обработки и передачи научных данных). Состоит из систем передачи телеметрии, системы антенн и системы хранения информации. Система передачи двуканальная. Работает в X -диапазоне.
  • PRP (двигательная установка). Состоит из  14 ускорителей расположенных на 4-х сторонах аппарата. Одна из групп ускорителей предназначен исключительно для работы в защищенном режиме.
  • RF. Обеспечивает  передачу команд и телеметрии в S-диапазоне. Система поддерживает шифрование команд.
  • Лазерный коммуникационный комплекс. Должен передавать данные на систему ретрансляции ERDS. Работает по направлению НОО-ГСО. Использует LCT (Лазерный Коммуникационный Терминал) производства Tesat-Spacecom (Backnang, Германия). LCT основан на основе разработок подобного устройства для системы (TerraSAR-X). Мощность передатчика 2.2 Вт. Апертура телескопа 135-миллиметров. Планируется, что данное решение будет типовым. Скорость передачи данных системой составит около 2.8 Гбит/с (1.8 Гбит/с скорость передачи полезной информации).

22015-08-06. ЕКА провело сотое тестирование системы лазерной связи.
Европейское космическое агентство 5 августа провело сотое успешное тестирование высокоскоростной лазерной линий связи между своим радарным спутником наблюдения Земли Sentinel-1A (находится на НОО) и спутником AlphaSat (находится на ГСО). В целом тесты подтвердили правильность выбранной технологии передачи данных. На организацию канала связи пропускной способностью 1.8 Гбит в сек. ушло только 1.1 ватт энергии. Расстояние между КА составило около 48 тыс. км. При этом, при тестирование показало, что канал связи способен существовать как минимум 10 минут и, что особенно важно, не искажать передаваемую информацию. 32015-11-28. НАСА пытается найти замену радару космического аппарата SMAP.
Ученые из НАСА приступили к анализу возможности замены информации которую они планировали получать со своего космического аппарата SMAP при помощи данных орбитальной группировки Copernicus. При этом, из всего перечня космических аппаратов группировки исследователей наиболее заинтересовали возможности радара космического аппарата Sentinel 1A. При этом, с точки зрения НАСА данный космический аппарат наиболее пригоден для замены вышедшего из строя радара космического аппарата SMAP поскольку его орбита и возможности наиболее близки к желаемой. 42016-08-31. ЕКА определилось с причиной падения мощности на космическом аппарате Sentinel-1A.
Инженеры Европейского космического агентства при помощи наблюдений с Земли и данных с установленных на борту космического аппарата Sentinel 1A камер определили, что причиной падения мощности космического аппарата стало столкновение солнечных батарей с микрочастицей. В агентстве также подчеркнули, что СЭП аппарата обладает избыточной мощностью, а следовательно ничего критического со спутником не произошло. Диаметр поврежденной области батарей составил около 40 см. Также специалисты ЕКА указали на то, что в настоящее время частицы менее 5 сантиметров вообще не отслеживаются, так что они не могут ничего сказать о природе той с которой столкнулись солнечные батареи аппарата.
