Экспериментальный военный космический аппарат построенный на основе базовой многоцелевой платформы SIV (Standard Interface Vehicle – изделие со стандартным интерфейсом) компании AeroAstro. Элементами платформы являются гибкая система ориентации, фиксированные и подвижные солнечные батареи и интегрированный модуль электроники, включающий блоки управления электропитанием и подсистемы управления и обработки данных.
